• Cancellations made 15 days or more prior to the scheduled departure date are eligible for a full refund, minus any non-refundable fees (such as visa charges, airline penalties, or booking fees).
• Cancellations made within 14 days of the departure date are not eligible for a refund.
• Partial services (e.g., hotel-only or flight-only bookings) are subject to supplier-specific cancellation policies, which will be communicated at the time of booking.

Refund Processing

• All refund requests must be submitted in writing to halimasiftour@gmail.com or via your online account.
• Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after approval.
• Refunds are issued to the original method of payment used during booking.

Non-Refundable Services
